After distilling through our custom copper pot still to infuse botanicals into this smooth mouth-feel cane spirit, we then settle it in a recycled oak barrel for around 12 weeks for some colour and woody, smoky notes.
Flavours you’re likely to pick up in this spirit include wattleseed, coffee, mandarin, macadamia and carob.
This spirit is best enjoyed over ice, but also pairs well with your favourite mixers.
